Now back from Paris Fashion Week, I am already beginning to miss my European foodie treats. So, I?m going to take a trip to one of my new favourite places to sample some continental cuisine. The French House in Soho?s, on Dean Street (just off Shaftesbury Avenue) is a perfect start.

The whole country has gone Alice in Wonderland mad; especially now that Tim Burton?s masterpiece is showing at cinema?s worldwide. Anna Lou has beem holding pride of place in Selfridges? Wonder Room on London?s famous Oxford Street.

Just like the entrepreneurs did in the 60s, I?m giving it a go in trend setting Carnaby Street! It?s great having my shop there. Carnaby Street remains one of London?s best know shopping destinations 50 years on. It put British creativity on the map and still remains fascinating.

If there were more men walking around Carnaby Street like the devilishly handsome Michael Caine, I may be tempted to keep my shop open 24/7!

My usual two-minute journey from tube station to office has begun to include a little detour. Like my morning decaf and bowl of cereal I can?t handle the morning without a look at the window display at Liberty?s.
