Share the joy of the holiday season with these great Gingerbread biscuits. I bought from John Lewis a number of festive cookie cutter shapes to make the shapes but you can make any shape you like. This is a great and very easy recipe. Ingredients 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon cinnamon 2 teaspoons ground ginger 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda 1/2 cup butter, room temperature 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 2 eggs 3/4 cup molasses Instructions In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, ginger, and baking soda.

Snowglobes are such a fun collector item! They make you nostalgic and cheerful. But what I wonder is, is what you collect a reflection fo your personality? I love the beautiful miniture world of Snow Globes! Theres something so magical and trimeless about them, and they bring back childhood memories.
